Tom Brady Enthusiasts About Youth Sports As His Son Plays High School Soccer: ‘I Want The Kids To Have Fun’


Tom Brady went from die-hard competitor to doting dad on the latest episode of his podcast Monday when he talked about watching his high school freshman play football.

Brady appeared on the weekly “Come on!” podcast with legendary sportscaster Jim Gray, he really enjoys watching his kids participate in youth sports. He singled out his son Jack, whom he shares with his ex, Bridget Moynahan.

Brady said he believes youth sports can teach kids a lot of things and maintained that he wasn’t one of those wackos who yelled at coaches and referees on the sidelines.

Brady said his son plays quarterback and safety in his high school, and he doesn’t like to take things too seriously, especially since his son is so young.

“I just want the kids to have fun. It’s really great as a parent to see your kids happy. That’s what we all hope for our kids. You want to give them the experience to grow and grow into their teens and to deal with adversity to victories and defeats in life,” he added.
