Rep. Elise Stefanik, RN.Y., accused the Defense Department of doing a slow review of a diversity official, who once tweeted that she was “exhausted with these white people” and said the delay is “disgracefully trying to cover up her radical awakening agenda.
The Pentagon this year launched a 30-day review of Kelisa Wing, director of equity, diversity and inclusion at the Department of Defense Educational Activity (DoDEA), which operates schools for the children of service members. The review was released in September after Wing was found to have written a series of anti-white tweets.
It was later reported that Wing promoted a “social justice” book for classrooms that called 9/11 first responders “threats”. Nearly three months after the review began, the DOD has yet to announce its results.
“The findings are submitted to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Decision Readiness,” said Cmdr. Nicole Schwegman, a DOD spokeswoman, told Fox News Digital.

Stefanik, the chairman of the House Republican Conference, sent a letter to the agency in November asking for answers about how Wing’s anti-white views might be influencing US military schools around the world. But she said that she still hasn’t received any response.
“The DOD is refusing to respond to my request to release its long-awaited review of the radical Kelisa Wing and is shamefully attempting to cover up her radical agenda,” Stefanik told Fox News Digital. “Our families of service members and the American people deserve to know what is happening in their children’s schools.”
Stefanik specifically asked the Pentagon about Wing’s alleged promotion of his books published while working for the Department of Defense. The question arose in response to a report by OpenTheBooks, a nonprofit government watchdog group that found that 11 DoDEA-run schools had 45 copies of Wing’s books.
Schwegman insisted that the Wing position “does not play any role in the selection or acquisition of library books or support materials.”
“This person is also not involved in curriculum selection or acquisition,” the spokesperson told Fox News Digital. “Our focus continues to be ensuring that military-connected students, their families, and our employees have equitable access to opportunities and resources that support student achievement and readiness for college and careers.”
PENTAGON HAS 30 DAYS TO INVESTIGATE HEAD OF DIVERSITY ACCUSED OF ANTI-WHITE SOCIAL MEDIA POST
One of Wing’s children’s books is titled “What does it mean to defund the police?” Wing twice promoted a book titled “Between the World and Me” by Ta-Nehisi Coates, who wrote in the book that 9/11 responders were “not human to me.”
Wing once tweeted: “This lady actually was careful to say that black people can be racist too… I had to stop the session and give Karen the BUSINESS… [W]We are not the majority, we have no power.”
“Cudacity” is a slang term meaning the boldness displayed by whites.
Another Wing tweet read: “I’m exhausted by 99% educated white men and 95% white women. Where can I take a break from the white nonsense for a while?”

Stefanik said that Wing’s case must be dealt with in a timely manner.
“It’s about time the Department of Defense released the findings of Kelisa Wing’s radical and divisive ideology being forced into our DoDEA schools and her own propaganda placed in DoDEA libraries, so America can have transparency and prioritize focus.” military in force. instead of waking up,” Stefanik told Fox News Digital.
