This season was still fun despite everything that came up.”
Captain Sandy Yawnfor his part, he’s also offered a glimpse into his hands-off approach when it comes to creating restrictions for his team.
“What they do once they’re off the boat in their personal life is their personal decision. So if you want to connect with clients after they have closed the ship, please do so,” she detailed to U.S in July 2022. “I am all love. I found the love. I want everyone to have love, but you can’t do it in a professional setting.”
The television personality said he preferred to base his opinions of his subordinates on “first impressions.”
“Like, I’m not going to stand on them, but I wouldn’t sit on the bridge knowing they’re downed crew members and I wouldn’t rescue them,” he continued. “Sometimes you have to go in there and get your hands dirty. Because of that I want [my team] feel supported because I have great expectations”.
